Substitute Teachers

Kelly Educational Staffing (KES) is working with Highland Park ISD to manage our need for substitute teachers and substitute paraprofessionals. New Pay Rates as of Dec. 2023

• $100/Day - Non-Degreed Substitutes

• $110/Day - Degreed Substitutes

• $120/Day - Certified Substitutes

• $12/hr - Paraprofessional Substitutes

Long-term Pay Rates (after 10 consecutive days in the same assignment):

• $120/Day - Long-term Non-Degreed Substitutes

• $130/Day - Long-term Degreed Substitutes

• $140/Day - Long-term Certified Substitutes
